The purpose of this shoot was to recreate a photo that both of Ava's older sisters had done at about the same age, all in their Blessing Dresses. She's such a doll!

Baby Dorina

Hands down, this was the best baby I've shot yet! It might have helped her having a long drive down from Santa Monica, but whatever it was, it worked! Right from the get-go she let me mold her while she slept.

Team Spirit!

My photography blog has been a little neglected lately because I've been busy with shoots that aren't necessarily blog-worthy, like Head Shots, Products, and Boudoirs. I'm not sure how this will go over, but I'm going to start asking some of my Boudoir girls if they mind if I post one or two of their best shots... after the finance/husband gets the gift of course! They just turn out so amazing and are one of my favorite types of shoots, I'd love to showcase them more. So stay tuned for that (hopefully!!)

Last week I tag-teamed Buchanan Street Partners' Challenge for Children event with my Dad. He flew in for it, and we've shot it for the past three years together. I'm in charge of the team photos, and it was a lot more fun than usual this year since there was a contest for the best team spirit. Here are the winners:
