Newborn Desi {Newport Beach, CA Newborn Photographer}

This little dude decided to be born a few weeks early, right as I arrived in Utah for a three week vacation!  I was a little nervous about him being three weeks old for the shoot, but for no need.  He was absolutely perfect!  I loved his nursery and wanted to capture the feeling of it in some of the images.  I also love the picture of his mom smiling as she holds him with her eyes closed... that was a sweet moment of raw happiness before she thought I was ready to actually start shooting :)

Parson Girls - Utah Mini Shoot

Yes, I'm kind of a glutton for punishment because I went to Utah over the summer with the hopes of catching up on work... not collecting more!  However, when I came across this location, I desperately wanted to do a photo shoot there and give it to someone.  Sometimes, when I get so overwhelmed with work, it's therapeutic for me to do a shoot purely for the love of photography.

Caden @ One Year {Newport Beach, CA Children's Photographer}

One of my friends commented on one of these pictures, "he looks like Prince George!" and she's totally right!  Actually, I have to confess that I don't quite know what Prince George looks like right now, but I imagine it's something like Caden.  Maybe it's his old-style clothes, or his entourage, or just his down-right cuteness!

Evans Family {Aliso Viejo, CA Family Photographer}

It has been such a pleasure and honor to photograph the stages of miracle baby Parker (born just under 24 weeks gestation)!  She is rounding the corner to becoming a two-year-old and is just a little pip-squeak, with about a hundred different adorable faces she pulled throughout the photo shoot.  As a side note, this rocking chair was the girls' great grandfathers! (I hope I got that right...)  How cool is that?!
