Newborn Elodie {Aliso Viejo, CA Newborn Photographer}

Lately, my work is definitely trending towards newborns, which I LOVE!  The photo shoot itself is more of a marathon than any other shoot (lasting between 3-4 hours including all my set-up and take-down), but they are so rewarding (and I constantly get my baby fix :)  Every once in awhile I get to do the maternity / newborn combo, which was the case with this family, and it makes it even more special for me.

Newborn Anaya {Orange County, California Newborn Photographer}

One of my favorite pictures is of the full-blown grin that newborn Anaya gave her dad... so sweet!  She followed it up with content little smiles for mom :)  I love it when the baby's expressions come through when they're in their parents arms.

Newborn Charlotte {Orange County, California Newborn Photographer}

I have photographed Charlotte's family many times in the past, and was so excited to meet and photograph the newest member to the family.  I usually have to do quite a bit of editing on baby skin - due to blemishes or red blotchiness - but she had some of the best newborn skin ever!  What you see is pretty much what I got!  Lucky me!  Charlotte was the first of four babies I had scheduled on my calendar, all due within the same week of each other.  I just finished with the third baby this morning... three little girls in a row!
